Each reservation in real time or on a request will be considered an act (or request) to purchase the relevant accommodation subject to this reservation. There can be no agreement between the User and hotelier before the system www.forestglade.bg to:send reservation number;send booking confirmation by e-mail;receive payment in fullThe User's responsibility to check your reservation and make sure that all details are accurate.2. Payment in full is required to be performed at the time of booking in real time.Payment shall be made in a lev exchange rate of the day. Cancellations made outside the agreed deadlines, Potrebitrebitelyat pay the penalty HOTELIER according to the terms of reservations and cancellations.6. Failure to comply with the cancellation conditions, the difference between the amount paid by the consumer on the reservation and the fine imposed by the hotel for the total or partial refusal refundable up to 30 days from the date of withdrawal in the manner specified by User bank account.7.
